Since the release of ‘Lost In Your Love” -Jamais amazing mixtape- was released, it has gotten nothing but great reviews. Jamais Mixtape Release and Concert: THE BEST YET!
If you didn’t catch Jamais Mixtape Release and Concert December 8th, you missed the greatest event #TeamJamai has ever put on. It has been said that the performance and event was well worth over a $20 show. With new merchandise, great food, and a classic red carpet, The “Lost In Your Love” Mixtape Concert and Release was unforgettable. Jamai put on a hour long show singing and dancing non stop. #TeamJamai packed The Venue to its full capacity. Anticipation hoovered in the room as every audience member waited for the “Unhuman Entertainer” to show what he’d been working on. Jamai started out his hour long set with his hit “Earthquake” with all of #TeamJamai singing along. Jamais vivacious dancers had a grand entrance of their own, entering from the rear of the venue onto the stage on the following song, Michael Jacksons. “Wanna Be Starting Something” This show was non stop energy, emotion, and passion. Performing a total of three musical sets, this soon to be superstar certainly outdid himself . Jamai performed songs from the project such as”DEJA VU” “BLEEDING,” “LOST IN YOUR LOVE” and “GET LOW’ in which Viva La Veese, Jamais choreographer/Dancer/Creative Director showed the crowed her pole dancing talents. The concealed exotic dance pole was probably the biggest surprise of the night once Viva La ‘Veese stripped its curtain-covering. Jamai performed over 15 songs in his hour long set, with 3 quick changes, covering almost every genre that inspires him. From Lady Gaga, Debarge, James Brown, Usher, Kings Of Leon, down to Michael Jackson and Bob Marley. “This was A million dollar show” said a fan leaving the show. Lots of #TeamJamai left with new #TeamJamai shirts, and “Lost In Your Love” Mixtapes as well as “Earthquake” and ‘Triple Loser” cds. JAMAI GIVES BACK: Thanks Giving Give Away!
Jamai’s first annual “Thanks Giving Give Away” was a huge success. #TeamJamai was able to supply all families that were nominated with more than just a “Turkey,” families were supplied with food to last them and their kids well over Thanks Giving. ” If they’re hungry or don’t have much to eat for Thanks Giving, then of course they are struggling through out the year, and parents aren’t concerned with the little things that excite children, like cookies or fruit snacks. So thats something we didn’t want to ignore” said Jamai. Jamai and Manager-Brandon personally delivered meals to families. Lots of tears, and ‘Thank You Jesus”s from the families. Recently Jamai performed and was the main attraction for THE OBAMA CAMPAIGNS ” GET OUT THE VOTE RALLY!” Held at ‘Cafe Lemonts (717 Church Lane, Yeadon Pa) Along with those classy female dancers, Jamai performed a variety of riveting music. His ladies of course were a great addition to his performance accompanying with the uptempo songs and “big” choreography.With CHANGE being the message of our President Barack Obama, Jamai’s rendition of Sam Cooke, “Change is Gonna Come” spoke volumes to #TeamObama. Come out and be apart and rally with residents of Yeadon Pa, as they JOIN OBAMA FOR AMERICA! The Obama campaign is focused on urging everyone “GET OUT THE VOTE!” This event will kick off the (GOTV) moment. This is the most important part of the campaign. Come out and rally with others to make sure we get our neighbors and seniors out to vote on election day. Jamai will be performing along with a few others…. Lets represent. JAMAI WINS SNEAKER VILLA CONTEST!
This pass Saturday, October 6th, 2012 Jamai participated in the AIR IT OUT RADIO and SNEAKER VILLA Talent Showcase. AIR IT OUR RADIO is an online radio show with host FIYA CHICK, the show shines light on undiscovered talent and always features local artists. The show has started a campaign to hold monthly talent showcases at Sneaker Villa sneaker stores in Philadelphia.

Jamai was one of at least 20 other artist to compete and perform, and was selected as the first place winner, (rightfully so) With most artist being rappers and Hip Hop being the dominant genre in the competition, it was a bit of a risk to perform TRIPLE LOSER. Along with his amazing dancer and choreographer VIVA LA ‘VEESE, he gave the judges, competitors and pass by shoppers a quick dose of how it goes down. Jamai chose to be rewarded with $500, as the radio station gave the 1st place winner the option of $500, an excerpt in the Philadelphia paper METRO, or an artist feature in the Source Magazine. Below is a picture of Jamai and manager Brandon posted on Instagram, clearly excited about the win. Jamai expressed through his tweets that it felt good finally win something.
