Recently Jamai performed an acoustic set at Bowie State University in Maryland as the guest performer in the Mister and Misses Bowie State University Pageant. While the crowded at first didn’t know what to expect they lost their mind as shocked him with his own rendition of Chris Browns “Back To Sleep”…the crowd went crazy with every riff he threw out. He then called for a young lady on stage… see what happened next.. Make sure you share the video with your friend on FACEBOOK AND TWITTER!

On Sunday March 20th, Jamai performed as the surprise musical guest at Lincoln Universities Annual “Miss Black & Gold” Beauty Pageant. The Unhuman Entertainer delivered a more human like performance as he rarely does, performs with just his guitar. No dancers, No backing track. not even any latex..just jeans and a red form fitting shirt. Jamai performed two songs that he said he thought were “truly fitting” for the occasion. He covered the female celebratory song “The Way You Are” by Bruno Mars, and also performed his original song “Never Learned How To Fly” off of his latest released album “Lost In Your Love” (Available for streaming and free download here.) Jamai briefly spoke with the audience about his original song ‘This song is a special song because it about a young girl who had the best intentions of being great but couldn’t seem to get out of the party life. While we all have or have had that special person in our lives who people told us to let them be but we knew in our heart that they’ve always meant well.” Jamai posted a clip on his Instagram.. check it out…
